Assisted Stretching

Improve mobility, reduce tightness, and move the way your body was meant to.

What It Is

Assisted Stretching is a personalized, hands-on session where a trained practitioner guides your body through targeted stretches. Using one-on-one stretch techniques and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation(PNF), allows you to safely reach deeper ranges of motion than you can achieve on your own while staying fully relaxed.

Each session is tailored to your body’s needs, focusing on areas of tightness, restriction, and imbalance.

Benefits

• Increases flexibility and range of motion
• Reduces muscle tightness and stiffness
• Helps prevent injury and improve movement quality
• Enhances recovery and circulation
• Improves posture and overall mobility

Why It Matters

Most people train hard but overlook mobility. Limited range of motion, tight muscles, and imbalances can lead to decreased performance and increased risk of injury.

Assisted stretching helps restore proper movement, improve flexibility, and keep your body functioning efficiently. For athletes especially, it can be the difference between feeling restricted and moving freely with power and control.

The difference between good and elite is how well you recover. When your body is given the tools to repair, recharge, and adapt, you don’t just bounce back, you come back stronger.
